Clip Pakistan is Pakistan's first clipping agency that connects brands and businesses with a network of professional clippers who distribute content across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts to generate organic views and brand awareness.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, booking a campaign, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Clip Pakistan provides the following services:

• Connecting brands with a network of professional clippers
• Managing and distributing clipping campaigns across social media platforms
• Providing campaign performance reports and view analytics

Campaign Terms for Brands

• All content submitted for clipping must be owned by you or you must have full rights to distribute it
• Clip Pakistan does not guarantee specific view counts but commits to best-effort distribution across our clipper network
• Campaign briefs must be submitted clearly — Clip Pakistan is not responsible for results arising from unclear or misleading briefs
• Payment is due before campaign launch unless a separate agreement is in writing
• Refunds are not available once clippers have been briefed and campaign distribution has begun

Clipper Terms

• Clippers are independent creators and are not employees of Clip Pakistan
• Clippers agree to post only the content provided or approved within the campaign brief
• Any clipper found posting misleading, harmful, or unauthorised content will be immediately removed from the network
• Earnings are paid per views delivered as per the agreed rate for each campaign
• Clip Pakistan reserves the right to withhold payment if a clipper is found to have used bots, fake accounts, or artificial engagement

Intellectual Property

• Brands retain full ownership of their content at all times
• By submitting content to Clip Pakistan, brands grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to distribute that content through our clipper network for the duration of the campaign
• Clip Pakistan's brand name, logo, and website content are protected and may not be reproduced without written permission

Prohibited Use

You may not use Clip Pakistan's services to distribute content that:

• Is illegal under Pakistani law
• Contains hate speech, violence, or discriminatory material
• Infringes on any third party's copyright or intellectual property
• Is sexually explicit or harmful to minors
• Promotes fraud, scams, or misleading business practices

Limitation of Liability

Clip Pakistan is not liable for:

• Platform algorithm changes that may affect organic reach or views
• Content removed by Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube due to their own policies
• Loss of business or revenue claimed to result from campaign performance
• Third party actions taken by independent clippers outside agreed campaign briefs

Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to run your campaign — including contact details, content files, and payment information. We do not sell your data to third parties. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

Clip Pakistan reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under Pakistani jurisdiction.
